Execution time 18 months
The project of a restaurant in the town of Agaiani is located by the highway connecting Tbilisi and the east coast of the Black Sea.
Currently, work is being finished on the construction of the highway, which will become the arterial road of the country and also an important transition route connecting Turkey with Azerbaijan and Armenia.
The chosen plot is ca 30 kilometers away from Tbilisi, on a section of the highway which has already been opened. The project aims to meet a growing demand for restaurant services.
Restaurant for over 120 people
The restaurant will have a capacity of 120 people and there will also be a second part offering accommodation for 16 people. In the future, construction is to continue in order to offer further services for motorists. Plans exist for a PHM gas station and a shopping area.
